Shipping & Delivery
Orders are carefully inspected and packed with shock-absorbent cushioning at our Khurja facility, then dispatched within 24–48 business hours.
Standard delivery typically takes 4–7 business days across India depending on the destination pincode. Live SMS and email tracking links are provided once your order is picked up by our courier partners.
Free Shipping: Complimentary pan-India shipping is automatically applied to all eligible orders of ₹2,000 and above. For orders below ₹2,000, a standard shipping fee of ₹150 applies.
Transit Damage Protection & Returns
Transit Damage Replacement (48-Hour Guarantee)
Ceramics are delicate, so we pack every order with multi-layered protective material. If your parcel arrives with breakage or damage, please share clear photos or an unboxing video with our support team (via WhatsApp or email at [email protected]) within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an immediate, hassle-free replacement at no extra charge.
7-Day Returns
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, or if the product does not meet expectations, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging intact.
Refund Processing
Once your returned product is received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (or UPI/bank account for COD orders) within 4–5 business days.
